A Healthy Start....

Morning is very important in our lives. It's the beginning of a new day... Though we may ponder over our last night dream or thought even after we wake up, Nature gives us new opportunities in our new day.. If we try to find out those opportunities and make the best use of those, we would enjoy our every single day...  
 So,  to start a fresh day, our body needs to get charged up.. It needs blood to get circulated in its every corner, so that every cell can get rejuvenated and detoxified.. 

This detoxification is extremely essential for the body and mind.. Every toxic radicals should get flushed out from our body.. And every negative thoughts and energy should get replaced by the positive ones.. This is a absolute need for every human..

What I do every morning is get up in the morning and look at the nature mother.. I hear birds chirping, pegions calling just above the sunshade, soft musical "kirtans" from near Gaudiya Matha... I love greens.. I love to be amidst nature.. 
Look out to see the green earth.. And whisper a "thankyou" to the God.. 
With these, I like to take 1l of cold water, 
And after few minutes another litre of hot water infused with lemon tea.. 
Lemon tea detoxifies body and it's soothing once you are habituated..

After that humming a song depending mood.I make my husband's breakfast and office lunch.  People, I should say you all that my day is incomplete without music.

While I cook I do some jumping, jogging and sit-ups..
This is my cardio exercise..thats is extremely required to fasten detoxification and to preserve a healthy blood flow.. I prefer to do cardio this time as I stay empty stomach at this time..



When clock hits 9:00, It's my breakfast time..I like to take a healthy breakfast.. I go for smoothy, honey lassi, butter milk, banana milkshake or a protein shake..

After a hour and two I do my rest of the stretching exercise which includes some yoga... And to cheer up myself, to charge up my mind  I dance on the beats of Hariyanvi, Punjabi folk or any Bollywood item song.. 


It's depending on every individual how they are going to have a good and healthy start.. I keep changing my mode of exercises, and diet.. I always take a cheat day.. I don't like monotony and so I can enjoy my life..
