Indian recipe to loose fat
Indians are Gourmand. They would never compromise food for anything. Food should not be just some sorts of frying with pinches of oregano and pepper. For Indians, food is something that is to be exhibited proudly..It's a product of a good artist. So a perfect amalgamation is what they want.
But, these amalgamation would make your tummy more prosperous and ultimately this prosperity may get fatal. So, after researching a lot on Indian food I came to a point that I am searching something that is both delicious and healthy.. And it is not just a claim but proven idea. Let's see....

(Whole boiled)
Ingredients:
*lobia (white or red Rajma)
*Green moong
*spinach
* small brinjal
* sma tomatoes
* small carrots
* a handful of green peas
*ginger paste
* small potatoes(if required)
* green chillies asper taste
*Salt as per taste
*sesame oil/mustard oil/ pure butter
It is very easy to make. Very less time is required. And bachelor's favorite!!!
Procedure :
1. Wash and Soak the pulses for 3-4hours
2. Take a big pan and pour all the veggies without chopping them and then add these pulses. Turn the heat on.
3. Add salt, oil or butter
4. Bring it to boil and cook it. Let veggies get cooked..
5. Serve hot with or without butter.
Conclusion :
With the whole vegetables and pulses one will get the whole nutrients embedded in each of these ingredients.
Bengalis have this food during the month of February in the onset of spring to avoid Chicken Pox. They like to add the palm berries and flat beans for the extra nutrients!
